Cyprus steeped in ancient history and mythology, there is no more evocative place to visit either in Spring, Summer or Autumn having many days of sunshine to experience the romantic villages, forests of the Troodos and many seafront resorts. Whether booking a holiday in a hotel or a private villa with a private pool, Cyprus must be on your list when visiting the Mediterranean region.

Cyprus is the land for the romantics, dotted with castles, churches, monasteries, Roman mosaics, white sandy and pebbled beaches with the bluest and warmest of seas. Earliest visitors included Marc Anthony who thought the island was so fragrant he gave it to his beloved Cleopatra. Another visitor was Richard the Lionheart who briefly put down his arms on his way to the Crusades to marry a local girl here in Cyprus.
